I’m Peter John Theodorou, hooked to yoga since I was 16. Even back then, I was no stranger to fitness thanks to my father being a physical trainer.Something about this oriental discipline attracted me and I decided to know it at a deeper level. Once I did, becoming an instructor came naturally to me. My clients now include multinational corporations, athletes and celebrities. I also offer yoga training abroad, particularly in Europe and South America.
